Not bad...

Has some potential. Beef up the graphics, throw in something evil to kill, who knows.
Sound was well placed and seemed to fit what was going on.
Sorta reminds me of an old skool rpg.
And most important, wether it turns out good or not, FINISH IT!!!
Top 50's don't matter, completing what you started does :) ...
